The brushes can be used to denib the surface (remove the small thin fibers of wood to make the surface smooth to touch), clean unwanted man-made marks (handprints) and to scoop out the soft wood which leaves the grain slightly raised. This leaves the wood with more texture than a smooth sanded surface.
We can also adjust the machine to a hard setting that, depending on the type of wood, creates texture by cutting into the surface. This is helpful if we want the wood to have texture when there is not a lot of natural grain pattern.
We can brush long lengths up to seven metres and wide boards up to 280mm wide. The brush machine can be used on any wood including solid wood, engineered planks and veneers.
